Stakeholders are individuals and organizations with interest in an organization. These stakeholders can be external (e.g., suppliers, intermediaries, competitors, communities, media, government, etc.) or internal (management and the rest of the employees). All stakeholders have their distinctive objectives and agendas. Successful organizations develop continuous goodwill concerning all their relevant stakeholders. An organization which develops beneficial relationships with its stakeholders is more prone to be supported by them, when needed. When an organization acts in a considerate manner with its stakeholders, they tend to respond in a reciprocal way.
In order to strengthen its bonds with its stakeholders, an organisation should identify their distinct needs. Besides, the organisation's main priority is to meet its stakeholders expectations in the most effective way. No organisation can succeed without the contribution of its stakeholders. The success of any organization always stems from the development of mutually beneficial relationships with its stakeholders. Sometimes, the participation of employees from different departments (administrative, etc.) is often necessary to meet these stakeholders’ expectations. An organization often discovers that its employees must be trained in order to meet its stakeholders’ expectations properly.

Mentality or mindset can be defined as: “mental perspective”, “thought processes”, “way to view the world”, “personal paradigm”, or “mental attitude”. A mindset prompts a person to act in a specific way in relation to circumstances. Most psychologists observe that a person’s mindset is affected by three important elements: beliefs, values, and emotional states.
A mindset is related to an “inside out” approach; one’s internal resources bring about one’s circumstances. In an organization, people's mindset will help them decide on certain aspects, such as: main ways to discover and harness opportunities, different perspectives on the allocation of the organization’s unique resources, main goals to be set for the organization's activities, different ways to utilize the organization's strengths and talents, and practical ways to add more value to stakeholders, among others.
